Sarah from Eos Wellness brings creative & fun yoga & Pilates classes to Harrogate. Focusing on strength, stability & mobility, as well as finding moments of calm.

Slow Flow Yoga

Wednesday

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle moving vinyasa. Where breath & body connect for a truly mindful & meditative flow. 

Power Yoga

Saturday

9.15 - 10am

Power Yoga is a fast-paced strength-based vinyasa class. Sequences are repeated for 5 weeks so you can see in real-time your strength, stamina, & mobility increasing. 

Pilates

Pilates is where strength meets co-ordination, mobility meets core-connection, & mental resilience meets the mat. Where sometimes slowing down is harder than speeding up.

Mobility & Stretch is a strength, mobility, & stretch focused class. Ideal for athletes, those recovering from injury, or if you're looking for a more holistic approach to your training.

Pilates Foundations

Pilates Foundations is an ideal class for those at the start of their yoga or Pilates journey. Movements are broken down & modified to ensure correct form & engagement throughout, & then built back up again, to help improve strength, stamina, flexibility, & mobility

Pilates Circuits is a fun & effective Pilates-style circuits class. Featuring 6 stations, that include traditional lower body, upper body & core Pilates exercises.
