This 75-minute Friday evening workshop begins with an energising Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture and release the tension that builds from a busy week at work. Expect mindful movement, gentle challenge and that satisfying “worked-out” feeling. We then slow everything down with a deeply calming Yin practice. Long, supported holds invite your muscles to soften, your nervous system to settle, and your mind to fully switch off. It’s the perfect transition from work mode into weekend mode. You’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, grounded and completely reset, ready to step into your weekend lighter, calmer and more connected. Perfect for all levels.
